Piece Number 4 gives a clear view into the artist’s background of Custom and Classic Cars. The Lamp head draws its style from headlights found on vintage Harley and Indian motorcycles, complete with hand painted off white scallops and gold pinstripe. A closer look inside the head of the lamp (and perhaps the artist’s head as well) reveals a late 60’s custom vibe of gold metal flake which glows warm with the light emitted from the incandescent Edison Bulb.

Keeping with the motorcycle vibe, this piece utilizes a heavy roller chain for its neck, which is paired with brown polyester covered wire interwoven between its links.
A first in this series, a large bearing can be found at the base of the piece, which allows it to effortlessly pivot in nearly a complete circle.

As with every piece thus far, included in the purchase of the lamp is a hand made wooden crate for storage or display. This crate is hand stained, numbered, outfitted with upholstery, and hand sewn leather handles. The crate could easily be considered a work of art itself. The crate for this piece is quite unique because of its 70/30 split barn doors, as well as its striking interior upholstery.
